Meg Lear

I help folks find relief from trauma, anxiety & depression with Integrative Trauma Therapy

Integrative Therapy for adults anywhere in California

NO, THIS ISN’T YOUR TYPICAL TALK THERAPY.

Integrative Therapy facilitates transpersonal experiences, rewires the brain and gets you deep relief from suffering at the root.

Suffering alone, the dark night of the soul, the heavy burdens you carry - doesn’t have to continue. Go from surviving to thriving using holistic, Integrative Therapy. Level up your relationships, grow your career and create the authentic alignment you’ve been seeking, without spending years in therapy talking about it.

Get yourself a to-the-point, 20-minute discovery call (with Meg, a licensed therapist in California). Check out the methods and determine if this is a good fit for you.

Limited space available as we only take on a certain amount of clients per month.

Meg has 10 years of experience working with trauma & PTSD using Integrative Therapy that gets to the root and the relief.

WHY SPEND ANOTHER DAY, WEEK OR YEAR IN THE SAME OLD PAIN AND SUFFERING…

  • Believing you’re not good enough, that you don’t belong, and like something is wrong with you.

  • Carrying around a heavy backpack full of all the sh*t you never learned to let go of.

  • Watching your life at a standstill because you’re held back by the pain.

  • Exhausted and at the brink from over-functioning and perfectionism - so you don’t have to feel it all.

  • Not quite feeling whole and wondering if and how you will ever be your best self.

  • “Thank you for traveling with me. Exploring my subconscious felt daunting and at other times joyful, but you have been there with me through it all and I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to express how much it has meant to me. I know the journey isn’t over but it means the world to me to know that I’m not alone.

    -DL

  • “Meg brings her whole self to this work. She’s given me permission to be a messy human who leads by example. I love her meditations, stories, her book recommendations, and best of all- the REAL TALK.

    -MS

  • “I’ve never met anyone who is so clearly doing their calling. Meg has the most natural and playful way of engaging this work. She put me completely at ease (not an easy feat given my anxiety)...Meg patiently met with me, answered all of my questions, and always gently guided me back to myself and my body. I felt so safe. Her love of this work creates a warm atmosphere and presence that is a potent medicine in itself.

FAQ

  • Integrative trauma therapy is a form of individualized, holistic therapy that considers your mental, physical, and spiritual health in a unified way. I blend Somatic Art Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Polyvagal Theory, Attachment and non-ordinary states of consciousness to help restore nervous system health, release stored trauma and transform your life from the inside out.

In combination with therapy, individuals may address a variety of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, trauma disorders and addiction. The goal of the therapy is to facilitate whole-self healing by helping individuals access deep-seated emotional material, and gain new perspectives on their experiences.

  • Integrative Trauma Therapy is for anyone struggling with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and depression.

Folks with severe enough symptoms that warrant a higher level of care (self harm, suicidal ideation) or certain conditions involving psychosis, are not candidates for this work.

  • Integrative therapy combines several different therapeutic tools and approaches to meet your individual needs. Integrative therapy combines elements from different schools of psychology which creates a more flexible and inclusive approach to treatment. Approaches I may bring into session include: Somatic Art Therapy, Internal Family Systems (parts work), Attachment or Polyvagal Theory and working with altered states of consciousness.
