“At the moment of commitment the entire universe conspires to assist you.”
Johann Wolfgang von Goethe
I believe that good therapy should empower you via the acquisition of new tools. This means that if I’m doing my job well, I’m working myself out out of a job. Time is your most precious, non-renewable resource. Let’s use our time wisely and get to work!
I am deeply invested in your healing and know that we’re at our best when you have total freedom and control over your journey. I opt out of insurance companies because I believe that no one other than you should hold the power to dictate the parameters of your process.
Investing in yourself enriches everything around you because it reflects your own state of fullness.

GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE NOTICE
As of January 2022 The No Surprises Act requires providers to inform their uninsured and private pay patients that they have a right to a “Good Faith Estimate” to help them estimate the expected charges they may be billed.
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers are required to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance a Good Faith Estimate, which is an estimate of the expected charges for non-emergency medical services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy of your Good Faith Estimate.
For more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call (800) 985-3059.
I am considered an out-of-network provider. I do not work with insurance companies, but I will provide you with a monthly superbill which contains all of the information your insurance company will need to reimburse you, if allowable in your plan. I encourage you to contact your insurance company to find out about out-of-network benefits. Session fees are due at the time of service.
